Share securely

Shared encrypted — the PDF is never transmitted in the clear and opens only inside Myximus. Copy, paste and download are disabled for the recipient. Screenshots or photos of a screen can't be blocked by any software — this prevents casual copying, not absolute copying.

✍️ Send for Signature

Creates a legally-tracked, audit-trailed signature request through Myximus E-Sign, under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. On the next step you'll add signers by name & email; each gets a secure link to sign — no Myximus account needed. Myximus records an audit trail: signer name & email, timestamp, IP address, and a SHA-256 hash of the document (tamper-evidence), and issues a Verification ID once all parties sign.

Assurance level: each signer's identity is verified by a one-time code emailed to the invited address (proves email control; not government-ID verified). This records intent, timestamp, IP and document hash; it is legally-tracked under ESIGN/UETA, not an ID-verified "DocuSign-grade" signature.

Different from ✒️ Fill & Sign (the annotate tool), which only stamps a signature image onto the page with no legal tracking or audit trail. Any Fill & Sign marks you've added are baked into the PDF that gets sent.
