This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Myximus products from Those Guys LLC, Miami, Florida, United States ("Those Guys," "we," "us," or "our"). Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record; approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Myximus Secure Delete Pro license for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked. We will refund the full amount you paid for the license.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@myximus.com from the address you used at checkout, or use Paddle's receipt link.
  2. Include your order number or the email used for the purchase.
  3. We will confirm and process eligible requests promptly — typically within 1–2 business days.

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method through FastSpring. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans (such as the Myximus Professional plan) can be cancelled anytime. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the current billing period once it has begun. The 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to the one-time Secure Delete Pro license, not to recurring subscription renewals.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state, including the EU/UK right of withdrawal. Where those rights are more generous than this policy, those rights apply.
