On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email — we'll send a reset link from our own mail server. If you don't receive it, open a "Password reset" ticket above.
How do I get my Secure Delete license key?
Your key is shown after purchase and tied to your account. Lost it? Open a "License key" ticket with the email you purchased under and we'll resend it.

How do I set up the password manager?
Provision Vault from your dashboard (Professional+), then point the Bitwarden-compatible extension at vault.myximus.com. Details on the Vault page.
